Bank CSV Intake Check

Terms · effective 28 August 2026

A preflight tool, not an accounting opinion.

Bank CSV Intake Check identifies parsing assumptions and candidates for review. It does not provide bookkeeping, accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice and does not certify that a bank export is complete.

Your responsibility

Review the displayed delimiter, columns, date order, and decimal mark. Compare row counts and totals with your bank statement and target ledger. Keep an original copy of every export. You are responsible for imports and decisions made from the report.

License

The free edition includes local checks and scrubbed JSON. A $12 one-time Desk edition license unlocks normalized CSV, evidence-sheet exports, and device-local history for one purchaser. Accessibility, privacy, and safety behavior are never paywalled. The software source is also available under the MIT License.

Payment and refunds

Sociobot / Dodo is the merchant of record. Checkout, receipts, taxes, and refunds are handled by that service. A refunded or disputed purchase revokes its license. The hosted checkout presents the applicable payment terms before purchase.

Availability and warranty

The service is supplied “as is,” without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Heuristics can be wrong and bank formats can change. To the extent permitted by law, the authors are not liable for lost data, incorrect imports, or consequential loss.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the billing or verification service, share a purchased token publicly, or use the tool to process data you are not authorized to handle.
